Delaware State Bird:  Blue Hen Chicken

According to Project Feederwatch, the top 10 birds found at bird feeders in Delaware are the Dark-eyed Junco, American Goldfinch, Blue Jay, House Finch, Downy Woodpecker, Mourning Dove, Northern Cardinal, Tufted Titmouse, Red-bellied Woodpecker, and the White-throated Sparrow.

The Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge, located on the Western Shore of the Delaware Bay offers habitat for lots of shorebirds.
